CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L037BN) combine radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance—ideal as a brass shower door hinge or glass shower hinge for wider, heavier doors that standard hinges can't support. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular/square cut-outs (including some competitive templates).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other (5° tighter closure). Standard units ship set to 90°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the 85° side for a tighter door closure into the shower interior.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins can be ordered for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY & DOOR SIZING:
Two hinges: Supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm) using 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass.
Three hinges: Supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm) using 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass.
