CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L037MG) combine the strength required for wider, heavier shower doors with a refined appearance—radius corners and beveled edges create a sleek look compared to standard Vienna-style hinges. Two internal steel pins offer installation flexibility: leave both pins in place to use with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for enhanced safety, or remove them for greater adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change settings.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
