Cologne Hinges include two internal steel pins that offer mounting flexibility:

• Leave both pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" radius cut-outs (enhanced safety).
• Remove pins for increased adjustability and fit with CRL rectangular or some competitive square-cornered cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° (standard) and the other 85° (pre-set models). Rotate the pin to switch between a standard swing and a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify the required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door position.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
