CRL Cologne Hinges are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier tempered glass doors where standard hinges fail. Cologne Hinges feature radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek appearance and added durability. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, compatible competitor cut-outs.

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°. Pre-set models ship set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

Custom pivot pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Load capacities: Using two Cologne Hinges on 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lb (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges: supports up to 140 lb (63 kg) with maximum width 36" (914 mm).
