CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU C0L037MBL) combine radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look ideal for frameless glass shower doors. Designed as a heavy-duty alternative to traditional Vienna-style hinges, Cologne Hinges support wider, heavier tempered glass panels while preserving a refined profile.

Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for improved cut-out safety, or remove the pins to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, compatible competitor rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; pre-set models ship at 85º (5º tighter closure into shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45º for off-angle installations when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

PERFORMANCE:
- Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
- Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
