CRL Cologne Hinges — SKU C0L044MBL are precision solid-brass shower door hinges designed for wider, heavier glass doors. Similar to Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges, Cologne Hinges deliver a sleek, low-profile look and durable performance for frameless and semi-frameless shower doors. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins to increase adjustability and fit rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (including some competitive rectangular cut-outs).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90º and 85º markings. Standard models ship with 90º active; Pre-Set models ship with the 85º (5º tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins up to 45º are available for off-angle installations (specify the required angle when ordering).
