CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L044GP) combine radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance similar to Vienna Hinges. Designed specifically for wider, heavier shower doors, these solid brass hinges provide durable support where traditional hinges may fail. Cologne Hinges include two internal steel pins that offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs and enhanced safety around cut-out areas, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship set to 90º; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify the needed angle up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.
