The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN044GP) accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six style options—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass—provide design flexibility for frameless shower enclosures. Geneva hinges are self-centering and feature a reversible 5 Degree pivot pin; custom pivot pins are also available for off-angle installations. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs for corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance.

Each Geneva hinge contains a reversible pivot pin: one side marked 90° (standard) and the opposite side marked 85° (pre-set 5° for tighter closure into the shower interior). The pin can be rotated to switch active sides. Pre-Set models arrive with the 85° side activated.

Custom Pivot Pin: Cat. No. GENP1N custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle doors. If the reversible 5° pivot pin does not achieve the desired closure, specify the required angle. Contact Technical Sales Shower Door Division for assistance—using a custom pin may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics.

Load capacities:

• Two hinges (5/16"–1/2" glass): holds up to 80 lbs. (36 kg); max door width 28" (711 mm).
• Three hinges (5/16"–1/2" glass): holds up to 120 lbs. (54 kg); max door width 32" (813 mm).
