The CRL Geneva Series professional hinge (SKU: GEN180GP) is a heavy-duty glass shower door hinge engineered for 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six available styles — three wall-mount and three glass-to-glass — provide design flexibility for frameless shower doors, bath enclosures, and custom glass partitions. Built from solid brass with stainless-steel pins and springs for corrosion resistance and lasting performance.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; offset models are pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch settings for self-centering performance.

Capacity:

• Two hinges (8–12 mm glass): supports up to 80 lb (36 kg), maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
• Three hinges (8–12 mm glass): supports up to 120 lb (54 kg), maximum door width 32" (813 mm).

Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N): Available for off-angle installations up to 45°. Specify required angle; contact CRL Technical Sales Shower Door Department for guidance. Note: custom pins may affect glass sizing and enclosure aesthetics.
