The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN180CH) are heavy‑duty glass shower hinges designed for glass-to-glass and wall-mount shower enclosures. These solid brass, stainless-steel-pin hinges accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are available in multiple styles and finishes for design flexibility. Geneva Hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are also available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active; offset models ship pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to switch the active angle.

Load Capacity & Door Size:

• Two hinges (8–12 mm glass): supports up to 80 lbs (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm)
• Three hinges (8–12 mm glass): supports up to 120 lbs (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm)

Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N): Custom pivot pins are available for "off-angle" installations up to 45°. Ordering a custom pin can affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics—contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance.
