The CRL Geneva Series professional hinge (SKU: GEN180SN) is a solid-brass, glass-to-glass shower hinge engineered for residential and hotel shower enclosures. Designed for 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass, Geneva Hinges offer six style options—three wall-mount and three glass-to-glass—for design flexibility. Key differentiators include a reversible 5° pivot pin for adjustable closing, stainless-steel pins and springs for corrosion resistance, and the option for custom pivot pins for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; offset models are pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the active angle—no flipping required.

Capacity:

• Two hinges (8–12 mm glass): holds up to 80 lb (36 kg); max door width 28" (711 mm)
• Three hinges (8–12 mm glass): holds up to 120 lb (54 kg); max door width 32" (813 mm)

Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N): Available to accommodate off-angle installations up to 45°. Specifying a custom pivot pin may affect glass dimensions and enclosure aesthetics; contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance.
