CRL Geneva Matte Black 180° Glass-to-Glass Frameless Shower Hinge

The CRL Geneva Series professional hinge (SKU: GEN180MBL) is a 180° glass-to-glass shower hinge designed for frameless shower enclosures and monolithic tempered glass. Fits 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and is available in six styles for design flexibility, including three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass variants. Geneva Hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs for corrosion resistance in residential and hotel shower applications.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° and 85° markings. Standard models ship with the 90° (standard closing) side activated; offset models ship pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the activated angle.

Load Capacity & Door Size (typical frameless shower door use):
Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom Pivot Pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) can be ordered for off-angle installations up to 45°. Custom pins may affect glass sizing and enclosure aesthetics—contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance.
