The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN045MBL) are engineered for frameless glass shower doors and accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles provide design flexibility — three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass types — and multiple finish options. Geneva Hinges are self-centering, feature a Reversible 5° Pivot Pin, and include stainless steel pins and springs within a solid brass body for long-lasting corrosion resistance and smooth operation. Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations up to 45°.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; Offset models ship pre-set to 85° (for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

Custom Pivot Pin: If the 5° reversible pin does not achieve the desired closing position, order a Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N) for off-angle solutions up to 45°. Contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance — custom pins may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics.

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), maximum door width 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
