CRL Geneva 045 Brass 135° Glass-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge

The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN045BR) fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles provide design flexibility: three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass types. Geneva Hinges are self-centering, include a reversible 5° pivot pin, and are made of solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs for long-lasting performance. Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; offset models ship preset to 85° (tighter closure into the shower interior). The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change closure angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom Pivot Pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) are available to accommodate off-angle installations up to 45°. If the 5° reversible pin does not achieve the desired closing position, specify the required angle and contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department. Using a custom pin may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics.

Load capacity:

• Two hinges (8–12 mm glass): holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm)
• Three hinges (8–12 mm glass): holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm)
