The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN045PN) accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles provide design flexibility—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass types—making these brass shower door hinges ideal for frameless glass shower enclosures and custom glass partitions. Geneva hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are also available for off-angle installations. All moving parts (pins and springs) are stainless steel; bodies are solid brass.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; offset models ship pre-set to 85° for a tighter closure into the shower interior. To change, rotate the pin (do not flip).

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) can be specified up to 45° for off-angle doors. Using a custom pin may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics—contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for guidance.

Using two hinges with 8–12 mm glass holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm). Using three hinges holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
