The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN045BN) are engineered for glass shower doors and accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Choose from six styles—three wall-mount and three glass-to-glass—for design flexibility. Geneva Hinges are solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs, are self-centering, and include a reversible 5° pivot pin. Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; offset models are pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the active angle.

Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N): If the 5° reversible pin does not achieve the desired closing position, specify a custom pivot pin angle (up to 45°). Note: using a custom pin may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics; contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance.

Performance:

• Two hinges (8–12 mm glass): holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm)
• Three hinges (8–12 mm glass): holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm)
