The CRL Geneva Series professional hinge (SKU: GEN045SN) fits 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles provide design flexibility—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass types. Geneva Hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are also available for off-angle installations. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs for long-lasting corrosion resistance in shower environments.

Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active; offset models are pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure toward the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the setting.

Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N): If the 5° reversible pin does not achieve the desired closing angle, specify a custom pivot pin up to 45° (contact our Technical Sales Shower Door Department). Note: using a custom pivot pin may affect glass dimensions and enclosure aesthetics.

Performance with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) tempered glass:

• Two hinges: supports up to 80 lbs (36 kg), maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
• Three hinges: supports up to 120 lbs (54 kg), maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
