The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN037PN) are engineered for glass shower doors and frameless enclosures, accommodating 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass—provide design flexibility. Key differentiators include a reversible 5 degree pivot pin for tighter closure, optional custom pivot pins for off-angle installations, and solid brass construction with stainless steel pins and springs for corrosion resistance in wet environments.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Geneva hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard units ship with the 90° side active; offset models ship pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the active angle.

Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N): Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° for off-angle or specialty enclosures. Specifying a custom pin may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics—contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance.

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass, each hinge will support up to 80 lbs (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm). Using three hinges, capacity increases to 120 lbs (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
