The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN037BBRZ) fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles provide design flexibility—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass types. These solid brass shower door hinges feature stainless steel pins and springs, a reversible 5 degree pivot pin for self-centering action, and optional custom pivot pins for off-angle installations. Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° (standard factory setting) and the opposite side marked 85° (5° tighter closure). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side. Offset models are pre-set to 85°.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) can be ordered for off-angle installations up to 45°. Contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance—using a custom pin can affect glass dimensions and enclosure aesthetics.

Performance: using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass supports up to 80 lbs (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 120 lbs (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
