CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037BBRZ) provide a heavy-duty solution for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fail. Constructed from solid brass with internal steel guide pins, Vienna Hinges support robust, reliable performance and versatile cut-out compatibility for CRL "mouse-ears" or rectangular square-corner cut-outs when pins are removed. They also may fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship at 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

Custom Pivot Pins: For off-angle installations, custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate walls or openings that are not square.

Load Capacity & Use:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
