CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037SN) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors when standard hinges lack strength. The Vienna Hinge uses two internal steel pins to support either CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or removable-pin rectangular cut-outs for increased adjustability and compatibility with some competitive rectangular cut-outs. This design provides a durable, flexible solution for heavy glass shower doors and frameless shower enclosures.

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a pivot pin with two indexed positions — 90° (standard) and 85° (5° tighter closure). The pin is rotated (not flipped) to change the setting. Pre-set models ship with the 85° position for tighter closure into the shower interior.

Custom pivot pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
