CRL Vienna Hinges are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fail. The Vienna design uses two internal steel pins to support alternate cut-out templates: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and fit to CRL rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (may also fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs). These solid-brass shower door hinges are ideal for residential and hotel showers and provide a durable, premium solution for tempered glass doors.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to switch angles.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Load Ratings: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges: supports up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
