CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037MBL) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors when traditional hinges are insufficient. Solid brass construction and two internal steel locating pins provide mounting flexibility: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive cut-outs). These features make the Vienna Hinge a durable choice for commercial-grade and residential frameless shower doors.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° and 85° sides; standard models ship set to 90°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. This self-centering pivot is ideal for achieving reliable door closure without extra hardware.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when walls or layout prevent a 90° fit.

Capacity and Recommended Use:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
