CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037ULBR) are heavy-duty brass shower door hinges designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors that standard hinges cannot support. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template options: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for greater adjustability and to fit CRL and some competitive rectangular square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship at 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° for off-angle walls or non‑90° installations when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Capacity:

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
