CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045ULBR) provide heavy-duty support for wider frameless shower doors that standard hinges cannot handle. Internal dual steel pins offer two template options: leave both pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (may fit some competitive cut-outs). These features make the Vienna Hinge ideal for frameless glass shower door installations requiring robust support and flexible glass cut-out options.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch angles.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle walls or non-90° jambs—specify the required angle up to 45° for precise closing performance.

Load Capacity:
- Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 110 lbs. (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
- Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 140 lbs. (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
