CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045BR) provide heavy-duty support for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fail. Designed for shower door hinges for tempered glass, Vienna Hinges include two internal steel pins to accommodate alternate glass cut-out styles: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (including some competitive templates).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the closure angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when a standard pin does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges on 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges on 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
