CRL Vienna Hinges are a heavy-duty solution for wider, heavier frameless shower doors when traditional hinges lack strength. Two internal steel pins provide template options: leave the pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive cut-outs. These features make the Vienna hinge ideal for frameless shower door hinge and glass-to-glass 90-degree hinge applications.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are shipped with the pin set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° for off-angle installations when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closure angle.

Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
