CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E092BCH) are heavy-duty, solid brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors that standard hinges cannot support. Two internal steel pins provide flexible template and mounting options: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and in some cases competitive rectangular cut-outs. These Vienna shower door hinges are ideal as a 90-degree glass-to-glass pivot for homes, hotels, and high-end residential remodels.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre-set models are shipped at 85°.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for non-standard installations (off-angle walls). Specify an angle up to 45° when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Two hinges on 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) per door, maximum door width 36" (914 mm).

Three hinges on 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) per door, maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
