CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045BCH) solve support problems for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where traditional hinges fall short. Dual internal steel pins provide two mounting options: leave both pins in for "mouse-ears" cut-outs (uses CRL mouse-ears pattern), or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular/square corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs).

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

Custom pivot pins: Custom pins available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closure.

Load capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass the system supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with the same 36" maximum door width. Ideal for heavy frameless shower doors and brass shower door hinge applications.
