CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045BN) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors that standard hinges cannot support. Solid brass construction with two internal steel pins gives installers template flexibility: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove pins to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, compatible competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle wall-to-door conditions—specify up to 45° if the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lb (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
