CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045CH) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where standard hinges fall short. Solid brass construction and two internal steel pins provide template flexibility: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs. These heavy glass shower door hinges are ideal for high-end residential and hotel applications where durability and smooth operation matter.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with 90° active; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Specify a custom pivot pin up to 45° to accommodate off-angle walls or non‑standard installations when the standard 5° pin does not achieve the desired closing position.

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg); max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg); max door width 36" (914 mm)
