CRL Vienna Hinges are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors that standard hinges can't reliably support. Dual internal steel pins provide two mounting templates: leave pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive cut-outs. These features make the Vienna Hinge a versatile brass shower hinge for custom glass shower doors and renovation projects.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are factory set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the angle for improved door closing on frameless shower doors.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (up to 45°). Specify the required angle when wall or jamb conditions prevent a true 90° installation.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
