CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180CH) provide a heavy-duty, long-lasting solution for wider or heavier shower doors when traditional hinges are insufficient. Built from solid brass, Vienna Hinges feature two internal steel pins that offer mounting template options: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; rotate the pin to enable the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior.

Custom Pivot Pins: Specify a custom pivot pin for off-angle installations (up to 45°) when the standard adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
