CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180PN) are heavy-duty brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier tempered glass doors where traditional hinges fail. Two internal steel pins provide template flexibility: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove pins to fit CRL and some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs—ideal for tempered glass shower enclosures and frameless shower door installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°; pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle walls—specify up to 45° when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
