CRL Vienna Hinges are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges are insufficient. Solid brass construction and two internal steel pins provide mounting template flexibility: leave pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or competitive rectangular, square‑corner cut-outs. Use monolithic tempered safety glass only.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PINS: Available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

• Two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lb (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lb (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
