CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU V1E180MG) are heavy-duty glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors that standard hinges can’t support. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template options: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and to fit CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side and an 85° side. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship at 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the alternate setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify the required angle up to 45°) — useful when walls or jambs are not a true 90°.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
