CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180MBL) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors when traditional hinges are not strong enough. These 180-degree glass-to-glass shower door hinges feature dual internal steel pins for two template options: retain the pins for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs. The Vienna hinge is a premium, solid brass shower hinge designed for 3/8"–1/2" tempered glass and heavy-duty residential or hotel shower applications.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to activate the alternate angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Weight & Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
