CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180SB) are heavy-duty frameless shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors that standard hinges can’t support. Solid brass construction and two internal steel guide pins provide dual-template mounting options—retain pins for CRL “mouse-ears” cut-outs or remove pins for rectangular/square-corner cut-outs (fits many competitive rectangular cut-outs).

Differentiators: reversible pivot pin for 85° or 90° pre-set closing, optional custom pivot pins up to 45° for off-angle walls, and compatibility with 10–12 mm tempered glass for true frameless shower door installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with 90° activated; Pre-Set models ship with 85° (5° tighter closure). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Specify a custom pivot pin angle (up to 45°) to accommodate non-90° wall-to-door conditions and improve closing position in off-angle installations.

Load Ratings:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
