CRL Vienna Hinges are heavy-duty brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier tempered glass doors that exceed the capacity of standard hinges. Dual internal steel pins provide two template options: leave pins installed for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and to fit CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs. These features make Vienna Hinges ideal as a brass shower door hinge for custom or retrofit installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side (standard) and an 85° side (pre-set option). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch between the 90° and 85° settings; the 85° setting provides a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle wall conditions (specify required angle up to 45°) to ensure proper door closing when walls are not square.
