CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E074ULBR) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier glass doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Internal dual steel pins provide two template/mounting options: leave pins installed for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them to increase adjustability and fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — in some cases fitting competitive rectangular cut-outs as well.


Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with 90° marked on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship with 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to select the opposite stop.


Custom Pivot Pins: Specify a custom pivot pin for off-angle installations (up to 45°) when wall-to-door angles are not square and the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired closing position.


Load Ratings & Maximum Door Widths

Using two hinges with 3/8" glass (10 mm): holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg); maximum door width 34" (864 mm).

Using two hinges with 1/2" glass (12 mm): holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" glass (10 mm): holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg); maximum door width 34" (864 mm).

Using three hinges with 1/2" glass (12 mm): holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
