CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E074VBR) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors when traditional hinges are not strong enough. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template options: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive rectangular cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the opposite side marked 85°. Standard models ship with 90° activated; Pre-Set models ship with 85° activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle walls or installations where the standard 5° does not achieve the desired closing position. Contact CRL Technical Sales to specify custom angles.
