CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E074MBL) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where standard hinges fall short. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template options: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and fit to CRL or competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship 90° activated; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the engagement.

Custom Pivot Pin: Available for off-angle installations—specify a custom angle up to 45° when site conditions prevent a 90° wall-to-door meeting.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
