CRL Vienna Hinges are heavy-duty solid brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier glass doors that standard hinges cannot support. The hinge features two internal steel pins that provide flexible template options: leave the pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and fit to CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs.

Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side (standard) and an 85° side (pre-set models) to tighten closure by 5° into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to switch sides.

Custom Pivot Pins: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° for off-angle wall installations when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
