CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037BCH) are heavy-duty, frameless glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors when standard hinges won’t suffice. Solid brass construction with two internal steel pins provides flexible mounting options: leave both pins in place to use CRL “mouse-ears” cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (including some competitive templates).

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side and an 85° side (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models are set to 85°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the closing angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle walls—specify an angle up to 45° when the standard 5° option does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
