CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037DBBZ) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Built with solid brass construction and two internal steel template pins, the Vienna Hinge supports both "mouse-ears" cut-outs and rectangular/square cornered cut-outs (removable pins enable the rectangular option). This versatility makes the hinge compatible with CRL cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with 85° engaged for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the alternate angle.

Custom pivot pin: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45° when needed).

Load capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
