CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045DBBZ) are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where standard hinges are insufficient. Internal dual steel pins provide mounting template options: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or competitive rectangular square-corner cut-outs. These hinges are a premium choice for shower door hinges for heavy glass doors and custom shower installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with 90° activated; Pre-Set models ship with 85° activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle walls. Specify the needed angle (up to 45°) when a standard adjustment does not achieve the desired door closure.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges: Supports up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges: Supports up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
