CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E045BBRZ) are heavy-duty glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors when standard hinges are not strong enough. Built from solid brass, Vienna Hinges feature two internal steel pins for mounting template options: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs—and in some cases competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°; pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle walls or non-90° installations.

Performance & Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
