CRL Vienna Hinges provide heavy-duty support for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where standard hinges fail. Constructed from solid brass with internal dual steel pins, these hinges offer two template options: leave the pins in place for safe "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive cut-outs).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
