CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037SB) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where conventional hinges fall short. Internal dual steel pins provide two template options: leave pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs and added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — in some cases fitting competitive rectangular cut-outs as well.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side (standard) and an 85° side (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Pins are rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle walls—specify up to 45° when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
