CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E044SB) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier tempered glass doors that traditional hinges can’t reliably support. Built from solid brass with two internal steel guide pins, the Vienna Hinge offers two template options: leave the pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular, square-corner cut-outs — and in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs. Key differentiators: solid brass construction, internal steel pins for strength, and compatibility with multiple CRL cut-out styles.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models come pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the angle.

Custom Pivot Pins: Available for off-angle installations—specify up to 45° when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.
